We went down to the Washington-Oregon border to camp on the Columbia river. We had a nice relaxing time playing in the water and soaking up the 90 degrees of sunshine! On the drive home, about 90 miles from Seattle we ran into stop and go traffic so we decided to take a 60 mile detour to Leavenworth! It is a cute little German tourist town. It was a great way to spend the last afternoon of vacation. Especially since we found out that the should have been 4 hours drive home took more like 6.5. I think we won!
Oh, you went to Bavaria, that's cool! We miss you here in the other Bavaria.
